Backup phones

They use a subcontractor in Mississauga, even though you mail to a 'Samsung address' (part of greater Toronto area). That's where my phone went when it wasn't charging properly (due to bent connector I eventually fixed myself). All those idiots did was factory restore my phone and never communicated with me throughout the one week they had it. Their service is piss-poor, a complete contrast from Apple or ASUS.

When I complained harder, they sent me a new charging adapter from Compton, CA.

Lot of companies contract around Toronto, Apple's Canadian depot is around there too. They mainly just check in and it ships from overseas/US. I don't think they trust them to do component level repair tbh

I have an n5 with an n4 to backup my phone and my wife's phone.

Pixel will eventually grow on me, and I'll start talking to my it and people with look at me and call 911
