how the do you know? As far as we could see, with the angle and amount of time, Stewart was in the act of avoiding him and the dumbass on the track playing chicken wasn't doing his part
(wtf, I don't even care about any of these people)
Wrong move to get on track but........
Stewart had to have seen him. Stewart could have easily went away from him. There needs to be some sort of punishment.

A story story that was posted in Deadspin. A commenter to the story said he was at the track and saw a GO PRO camera
on Tony's car. I would like to see the video that was on it to see if he was blind behind the car in front of him and could not
change lanes in time. The commentor also said they replaced the tire that ran over the driver and put on another tire. There
was others that said he gunned his motor when he came up to the driver. Why? The Sheriff said it's not a closed case and
it is a DA investigation now. I can't believe Tony tried to hit him, but I think he could have tried to throw dirt on him with
his tires and got too close. This wont be over for a long time.
looked like the dude was just trying to punk the young guy and the young guy didn't move and wham. looks like a possible case for involuntary manslaughter imho. i was a fan of tony years ago when i used to watch that stuff.. it has to be like 15 years ago now when the dude was a young up and comer.
paul george's career is looking better than stewart's right now.
The dude that got out of the car and put himself in front of a speeding track car is to blame here. The story ends there. He is responsible for his own death. Some people are ing ridiculous.
If you watch any sort of racing, drivers often do this stunt. Something Stewart himself does everytime he gets his panties in a wad.
Bad decision on his part but Tony is no saint either. He probably tried to kick dirt into the kid when he accelerated, only he misjudged the distance and ran him over and the rest is history as they say.
I would say it's more likely the dumb kid when to hit Tony's car and got caught in it.
Need a different camera view.
I suspect if tiny took an line closer inside, the idiot would have just moved closer in.
It would be pretty stupid to go up to someone's car at 30mph. Plus these cars are not your usual stock cars. They have to hit the throttle hard in order to make the turns sideways.
Like I said, bad judgement on the kid's part but Tony could have just swearved or slow down on the bottom groove. No reason to be that high or even try to go any faster than you did.
I come from a long line of drag racing so we don't usually do this kind of thing on the strip. Lol. But I have seen Stewart do that sort of thing so I know what you mean. Bad choices by both involved. But ultimately, if you willingly step onto oncoming cars on a racetrack you're probably responsible for your own death.
after reading the reddit thread, i think tony didn't mean to hit him. The view on those little vehicles is hard to see out to the right side.
Why did the deceased driver get out of his car while cars were still racing? I just don't get that. Why would you do that? That's like opening the emergency exit door on an airplane when you're up in the sky. It sucks the guy died but I don't know if Stewart is guilty of murder. I mean yeah he's always been a piece of but death is a possibility in NASCAR. Maybe he is guilty of reckless driving. At the same time, dumbass Stewart should have slowed down or swerved out of the way.
JR Smith killed someone with a car and only got suspended like 7 games. Stewart might walk away with no punishment.
ed up all around. But, I don't know why you'd walk on a track with tons of cars speeding at you at 90 miles an hour — that's practically asking to die.
Yep. When keeping it real goes wrong.
Cardinal sin for any race driver. You don't go out onto the track unless your damn car is about to explode.
Kid completely forgot the fact that sprint cars move all over the place and don't stay in a nice straight line like a NASCAR does. Kid's fault...
Id shoot to death someone trying to vandalize or steal my property. Same rules apply here. Good for Tony getting that dumb thug hothead of the racetrack for good
All the Stewart fanboys trying blame the kid when it's obvious Tony Stewart is a murderer.
Speaking of cars I have a question here to ask. I've been troubled by some mechanical problems in our car and it's lasted quite a few days, like when I was taking a right turn (about 90 degree of steering wheel) at 40km/h something, I hear a whizzing sound from the right front wheel. Is it serious? Do I need to get it checked in a garage?
Never heard that... lol
Sounds like a wheel bearing IMO. If it is that then yeah you need to change it ASAP.
