I'd consider Karl Malone, Shaq, and Kobe as rivals to the Spurs, when they were relevant of course. LeBron is a guy they have played against a few times.

First, Lebron did beat the Spurs.
Second, the Wizards was definitely more of a rivalry because they met several additional times in the regular season, and many of their games got extremely chippy, plus a lot of off-the-court trash talking took place. Things rarely, if ever got chippy between his teams and the Spurs.
True. The Spurs and Heat played a 7 game Finals in 2013 without a single technical foul or flagrant foul being called on either team.
