At this point it might be worth it for the Lakers to fire Byron Scott and hire Vinny Del Negro just to make things interesting. Vinny at least coaches hard, that is if he wants to handle a rebuilding project with the Lakers. It looks like they won't be making the playoffs in the West this season.
