The Iraqis, -100K civilians due to shrub's invasion, think the US is winning the war? They, well some of them, wish the war was over, but there are plenty of Iraqis turning against the USA who originally had high hopes after the US arrived. But the US has failed to provide security for their own troops, let alone Iraqis, as well as no reliable electricty, water, sewage, telephones, gasoline, and, no security for the Iraqis, not even in Bagdad, never mind outside of Bagdad where the US controls nor the south, nor the north.
