I will now anxiously wait for all the huge media outlets to write how the Spurs will win the 05'/06' NBA Finals and so on. All last month they were crowning the Heat as champs and what not.

It's too bad we couldn't get Yao to sign here. Boy the Spurs sure do suck at free agency.

Nothing better than having experience on the bench.

    So long, Devin.

    TD's sales pitch works again!

Man, are the Spurs stacked. The second five would be playoff contenders.

I'd say the Spurs offseason rates A+. They've picked up loads of talent for peanuts.

How about we alternate team 1 and team 2 throughout the season? then each player will only have played 42 games instead of 84 by playoff time

Almost the whole bloody team plays here for less than they could make elsewhere (well, OK, excluding Rasho). Sweet.

Miami's Pat Riley, Phoenix's Amare Stoudemire and Minnesota's Kevin Garnett were among the big names to fly to Chicago last week to make face-to-face pitches to Finley. In the end, he went with the team that sent a one-man delegation Spurs coach Gregg Popovich -- to Finley's hometown.

SUCKAS When you have a good guy like Finley, you don't need all the fanfare. Keep it simple and sincere.

4th qtr, seconds left, SA needs a bucket to win or tie and this is the team they can have on the floor for the last second shot:

    NVE
    Manu
    Finley
    Horry
    Duncan

    WOW!!! Awesome!

This is almost too good to be true. You get NVE for $1.67 and Finley for about $2.5. Talk about the clearance rack.
