How to tell who runs the team through proper restraint of the coach etiquette:
Place yourself in between the ref and your coach. Let the coach vent and shout over you whilst, like an awkward dance couple, both parties remain intertwined pacing back and forth yet always allowing for wild gesticulating by the lead (coach) in the bossanova gone bad.
