It's really interesting how versatile defenders who can switch on many pick and roll situations are becoming the sought after guys: Draymond Green, Paul Millsap, Khris Middleton, Kawhi... In the past Millsap and Green would've been undersized PFs-- liabilities--, but in today's league they're valuable because they can guard 6'6" shooters, 6'7" swing players, and 6'9" PFs. Kawhi can guard PGs, SGs, SFs, and PFs. Middleton and Green were both considered, at best, average defenders just two years ago and have both re-invented themselves as versatile modern defenders.
