    Thing is, because barely any force is actually involved, it's psychologically not as hard to do it in a heated moment as you might think. Especially if you're a spiteful salty beta who can't do on his own. How you feel about it afterward is a different story though.

    I always advise ppl to teach their kids some sort of martial arts. Not only will they learn to take hits. At the very worst they will learn the gravity of certain situations and know some situations are do or die. Nothing wrong with walking away or running either. But if your back is against the wall you go for the shortest path to the knees and the Adams apple. Finish the fight before it starts and move on.
