It was stupid, not assault. The black dude was the aggressor and swung first which is why the lawsuit he filed was dropped. It didn't make sense.

Nah, no crime committed. The dude was just knocked the out and is fine now. You can't fault a guy for defending himself, he just needs to dial it back when it's over.
