That's a very sound reasoning and a very well thought out, coherent response...
But I still hate the guy. I cringe whenever he checks into the game. I anxiously await the imminent up that feeds my confirmation bias. Then it happens, I yell at the TV, and I still can't believe this er is still around.

GOAT movie... I keep rewatching every time they show it on TV
agreed, and its always ing on
i'll take bonner over beli any day. Better defender and better shooter and also far smarter player.
I agree, besides his shooting touch he has nothing of significant value to offer on the nba floor. And that's why his role should've been severely limited, as it has been in recent years. But the guy gets way too much hate for someone who was being asked to play a role that was well beyond his capabilities. Despite this I don't remember him sulking or making any excuses after routinely getting rekt in the paint.
The man played hard and gave it his absolute best. Given the cir stances we can't ask for more than that.
Vet min player just doing vet min things.
Bonner hate is so antiquated tbh...
mainstream and big 3 fans![]()
Chill. Its his final season in NBA.
Possibly Manu and Timmy too
That's what I heard 3 seasons ago...![]()
A cursory look at game threads says Bonner-hating is ever-present and not going out of style any time soon, tbh
I will miss the last two as they are key contributers to a few rings, Spurs legends.
sure... does not prevent the fact it is antiquated and main stream big 3 fans stuff
Don't forget making howard his
+3 last night, +2 vs Mavs
Bonner being the plus king he is
That's the thing. The er never leaves. How many times have we heard that only for him to re-sign and continue to make a million for being horrible to insignificant at what he does?
antiquated and mainstream at the same time? put down the caipirinha...
I know, right? LOL.
being mainstream is not antiquated ?
Ok, you're using an oxymoron. Fair enough. Bonner haters like me still aren't necessarily "mainstream" fans.
dunno, tbh... not the resident fashionista... apa would know, tbh
I have no real problems with Bonner. Never understood the hate for him. He's an end of the bench player. A regular season minutes eater with "corporate knowledge". I have no real expectations for him, so I really can't hate him.
With Baynes out the alternative is Errors so no I don't agree that it is ok to hate Bonner. Bonner is a very good role player for the team in limited minutes/situations. He deserves some love for that. It's not his fault he's being asked to do more than he is capable of due to Baynes injury.
