would be my guess.

A lot of bad coaches to choose from..McHale, Scott, Saunders, Fisher(too early, but probably a bad coach), Hornacek, Stotts, Casey, Wittman..

Someone else mentioned it, but George Karl ruffled a few feathers recently with talk of "no one" being untradeable on the Kings roster. Vlade Divac quickly shot back in the press that DeMarcus Cousins was not open for trade. He also made a few remarks about Karl speaking out of line.
