^^ Rondo is just 1 example, you can name an abundance of players in the NBA that have been overpaid and overhyped due to their resume/names..
It's the only sport where this is the case, too..
In the NFL, you're cut immediately when you lose even half a step..in the NHL, you can still dominate the game in your late 30s..in the MLB, it's an individual sport, decline is obvious immediately, or you can just move to DH..
