Media got 'em all hopped up knowing full well it was set up. Knight has the same agent as LMA. After the Suns gave Knight $70 million they asked his agent if he'd to 'em a favor and pursue LMA like he was the living end. You know the full production. He agreed and the rest is history. I knew something was rotten in Denmark when it started, because it was a full frontal assault with each talk show host(s) screaming at the top of their lungs from the get go about it from 6AM to 6PM with 2 hours off for that Cowherd. It was a gd Caucasian fire drill 10 hours a day for 3 straight days. I about went out of my in' mind.

You knew the Suns weren't seriously in it when they didn't ask for a second meeting like the Spurs and (rofl) Lakers. They knew it was just for show. Make the fans happy and feel like they "went for it" when they had almost no chance from the beginning.
