I don't see how winning a le could tarnish someone's legacy. I mean it might not mean as much for his legacy as, say, his '03 le run...but it'll still mean something and add to his career legacy.

Duncan has been great for so long and was instrumental to SA's 5 les... He deserves a backseat to at least one imo. No once discredits Curry for what he did last year, even though Iggy won the FMVP. All that will matter is 6 > 5, and it will cement his place as the best of his generation. Did whatever it took to win, while eboK spends his last years in the lottery.
