LOL. I think he was letting his emotions get the best of him during that press conference....but if you think about it, what he said makes sense.
I mean he's allen freakin Iverson...former mvp, single handedly took a moderately good defensive eastern conference team to the finals. He was probably just letting his emotions run away, as any human being does in tight spots. Imagine carrying a team, season after season, then doubting yourself, missing practice for stupid reasons, then getting called out by your coach. You'd expect a coach to do that, but the wrong word at the wrong time can cause a massive eruption of you don't really mean.
Regardless, it was a learning experience for him, and he's a better player now because of it. He had one of the best seasons ever last year.
I'm always keeping my fingers crossed that we can get an Iverson-on-the-decline to be our backup pointguard one day in the future. Iverson loves Duncan.

AI biiiaatch. The Answer. MVP. Remember when he scored like 50+ points 2 or 3 games in a row last season? Remember his 60 point game? AI is so freaking sick, he's shorter than half of the posters on this board and hangs with people like Shaq.
Anyone remember in the finals when Shaq went to dunk it and Iverson jumped on his back to hard foul him and he just flew up in the air on Shaq's Back? It was like Shaq didn't even know Iverson was hanging onto him. Afterwards they both had a good laugh.
I'm an AI fan because I am also a Sixers fan, behind the Spurs of course. He's a great player but off the court, I'm not so sure.
