I dont see them winning one single of those games. Not a one.They have about the easiest first 10 games imaginable, I could see them going 6-4 tbh. There's only like 2 playoff teams in there and they're both from the lEast.

This defense has a legitimate chance to be one of the worst ones I've ever seen.
Kobe is 4-21 from 3......maybe he should be using his mid-range fade away more.......also, he should try to be more of a facilitator at this point in his career, but we all know that won't happen. When you have been a ballhogging gloryhound for so long, it is pretty much impossible to change, especially when you are going to retire in a year or so.
The local kid, Jordan Clarkson is playing well so far. I see a big year from him.

I took the under for 35 wins on this team this season. I was being pretty generous. I think if they get to 30 wins it'll be an accomplishment.

The issue is not really Kobe its Mitch , Jimmy and Chazz...see they caved into Magic Johnson and hired Byron when they clearly should have hired Kevin Ollie or Jeff Van Gundy... Then they pass up on Oksfer and Justice Winslow....its clear Deangelo is not NBA ready its been one disaster after another.....and yes Kobe is done....

I wouldn't say Kobe is done. He can still contribute but the days of 20+ attempts per game are obviously gone.
As we've seen before, at this stage of his career he's best suited for the facilitator role but i don't expect Byron Scott or anyone else on the team to check Kobe.
So things like being the facilitator, reduced FGA especially from 3 etc. are up to Kobe himself.

He still wants to ISO and its because its all he knows...we can't honestly expect him to run off screens like RIP Hamilton or Ray Allen...MJ didn't do it and Kobe won't either....that being said Kobe is not the problem with this team even though it may seem like it..the real problems are Byron Scott and D'Angelo Russell....Russell is severely overrated is passive and soft....he gets pushed around out there and looks like he's generally scared....while people like Clarkson and Randle are just out there playing hard....Russell is playing too self conscience..he also lacks true atheleticism and acceleration....this is going to be a disaster. Picking up Okafer and putting him on the front line with Hibbert and signing Rondo to a 1yr deal seems the smart thing to do...
Magic Johnson complained non stop about Dantoni and openly advocated for Byron Scott and Jimmy got scared of Magic and hired hometown boy Byron...it has proven this far to be a HUGE ing failure just on the basis of his play calling x's and o's and subs ution patterns....Byron doesn't get it and never will.....
