I wanna see!![]()
Tony was looking like a "dead man walkin on court"!
Our pointguard Lakovič owned him!
Rasho was a monster!!!
Except when he shuts down your guards (See Game 7).Overpaid and tend to disappear in big games... (See Finals 2003, 2005)
I'm not really worried about Tony's poor shooting, as he is making changes and things will probably get worse before they get better. I was much more concerned with everything else he did or didn't do.
Pop is ecstatic for Rasho and Slovenian basketball.![]()
Look Tony stats: http://www.eurobasket2005.com/en/cid...316-C-5-3.html
Sure, First round Euro is big games.
I rather have tony on my team than sheed. (overpaid with no brain)
Maybe this game will convince some NBA GM RASho's got game and the SPurs can trade him.
Look at the tape and tell me how many times he was scored on.He didn't shut down our guards, you'd wish
Or maybe it will remind the Spurs how much better he is than Nazr.
Parker: 2 pts, 1/10 for 2pts, 0/2 for 3pts, 0/2 FT, 2 rbds, 1 as
Lakovic: 18 pts, 1/4 for 2, 3/5 for 3, 7/10 FT, 4 rbds, 3 as
You can watch the games on the internet if you are willing to pay 25 dollars for all or I think $ 5.00 per game.

Hey, thanks!But... I think I'll pass. I really am that cheap!
I have NBA TV, so I'm hoping they'll show it ina few days like they did that European championship a few weeks ago.
LOL! If it wasn't Rasho and Slovenia I would have passed too. = )
Like the guy drafted between Lebron and Carmello
Two words: van Exel
Was Eva there? that should explain his craptacularness.
He doesn't have to last all season. He just has to come in long enough for Tony to catch his breath.
So I guess the Spurs have two PG's with bad knees (Beno and Nick) and one that can't find his game anymore (Tony).....I think Pop's got a big problem to deal with.
And how's th Pistons outside shooting looking?
Slo8 your first post was not necessary, I'm sure that french fans are very aware of Tony's performance. It reminds me of Flash Gordon's "trade Rasho for a box of doughnut" type of posts.
It is however true that something is wrong with TP. He looked unmotivated and slow(!?!?!?!?!?!?!). I hope it's something that'll go away in October...
It could be worse.
We could have as backup a 37 year old guy and a guy who was traded for garbage because he sucks.
Parker is undoubtedly whipped and beat up from a long season, knee tendinitis, now some kind of calf injury, changing his shot. Hopefully France will get knocked out right away and Parker can get back to SA, rest, rehab and work on his shot. He nver should have gone to begin with.
Rasho is another story. His game and confidence could go nowhere but up and he sure didn't need the rest. Almost same with Beno except he got hurt.
Something like that.
