This Powerball is active in 44 states and tickets can only be legally bought in those 44 states. Tickets being sold outside of the US are counterfeit or have been resold, which is illegal. yeh the idiot journalists updated the article the following day the tickets were counterfeit and wont be honored

but the week b4 it rise to 1.3b in america, down here powerball jackpot to start the new year was around 70m, 1 winner....
