Let's say you never been in this kind of thing before because you work with her and see everyday cause your cubes are right next to each other (I know this again). I mean what do you do? Creepy but that is not what I asked. If you have no idea what she likes about you then you are wandering around blind. If you figure that out then you have something to work with. It's not overly complicated.
