I imagine It's quite a hard life for economically disadvantaged black fathers when you struggle to find decent employment. They're constantly subjected to loads of bs from society. It's harder to get an interview let alone land decent employment. Then they're constantly targeted by police and that's never fun. Maybe they leave their families because it's what they know since it's probable that they grew up in a fatherless environment. Pretty vicious cycle.

I think some of these niggz know they can do better in life but probably give up on themselves too easily for some of the aforementioned reasons. Stats also say that fatherless children are more prone to commit a crime, end up incarcerated than those with.

Then there's health issues. They're (black men) also more prone to disease/illness (diabetes, strokes, high BP, etc)--byproduct of a culture of sugar and fried foods? Meh.

Boiled down it just sounds like it really ing sucks to be a black man in modern day murica.

, most s can't even get pussy on back page. Lots of escorts refuse then. Being blessed with a mandigo and superior athleticism isn't enough for most of them to make things any better. Maybe this all leads to a "Well it then!" mentality and thus you have z ing like crazy, carelessly spreading the HIV virus that gave Kah Malone nightmares. Hard knock life. I feel their plight.

Just because you're not aware of something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's this kind of thinking that got you into your situation in Olongapo.

This article was found on a link on Faux News.
Could someone tell me what the enlarged font part of the article is saying? Give a working example please.

    4/12 of the slideshow says:
    Gender Inequality

Deon Haywood, Executive Director, Women With a Vision, New Orleans
As long as we have economically repressive policies in this country, we're going to have women at risk for HIV. As we often say, HIV can affect anybody, but it's particularly hard on women who are poor.
Policies that target African-American women on welfare -- like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, which in some states requires a negative drug test to qualify for assistance -- put women at an economic disadvantage that can leave them vulnerable to violence, and to HIV, through possibly unprotected "survival sex" and whatever other activities they need to engage in so that they and their families can survive.

In today's economy, where so many people are struggling, to target and penalize people who may have smoked marijuana, rather than providing job training, education, or even recovery services, seems a misplacing of priorities.
And when it comes to access to reproductive health care: Budget cuts routinely shut down state-run family-planning clinics, leaving women with no place to go for regular checkups, to learn about their bodies and what to do with them, how to keep themselves healthy. Furthermore, national reproductive-justice struggles often do not take into account the issues of greatest concern to poor women.
