When you shoot 45% from range, can it be called chucking?

400 in a season is absurd. It's not 70 homers or 50 touchdowns. It's 100 home runs and 75 touchdowns. It's almost 30% more than previous records. And to shoot it at a percentage better than Kobe's career percentage from two? Damn...

That's like 100 home runs while batting .400 or 75 Touchdowns with fewer than 10 interceptions.

It's the most curious and exciting statistic of the season to me.

How many already good records are bested by 30% increases?

Yeah I don't think people really understand what Curry has done this year. It's ing absurd tbh. I wouldn't be surprised if he can't repeat it for the rest of his career.

On a side note, we might have seen the best and the worst shooting seasons ever - in the same season

It's true man, Curry doesn't get enough credit and Raymond and Klay get way too much for what they have done. I think they'd lose to Houston had Curry blown out his knee tonight.

I just don't see how this team is beatable. I'd honestly be much more surprised to see them not ring than to see them go 16-0.
It wasn't too long ago they were down 2-1 to a mediocre Grizz/Cavs squad.

It's going to be HARD for a jump-shooting team to go 16-0 when all it takes is one bad shooting night & a big game from someone like Harden for even a mediocre team like the Rockets to beat them once.

That team was easily beatable, even last year's Spurs would have beaten them. That team didn't have 2015-16 Curry

In last season playoff series, Curry averaged 31/5 on 50% shooting from 3 against the Rockets & Draymond was 14/12/6 in that series. They were also the #1 ranked defense last season & the Rockets didn't have Beverely (Jason Terry was guarding Curry).

When I said they didn't look beatable, it was in a series. Obviously they're beatable in individual games.

Houston/Clippers/Spurs/Cavs looking like a murderer's row..props to them if they pull it off and ring..just have a weird feeling somebody is going to pull a NY Giants, not necessarily the Spurs....

This is setting up to be Chris Paul's 2011 Dirk moment when the Mavs were the forgotten team & went on to do the unthinkable.

Paul making a first WCF or Lebron avoiding 3 straight Finals Ls while breaking Cleveland sport hex....it is a "law of averages" situation that's going to kick against them should they get denied..

Cripples would have to beat a young Blazers squad, the defending champs & LeBron to win a chip JUST like the 2011 Mavs. Their best bet is the Rockets miraculously pushing the Duds to 7 games & Dwight wearing out Draymond in the process like 2011 Pau so a rested Blake can feast on him.

The only difference would be the Spurs are going to be waiting for them in the WCF instead of OKC *knock on wood esp. w/ the LMA injury & the 1st rd opponent being the Grizz just like 2011* (Hopefully, this will be a makeup season for 2011)

Mailman won for sure. Didn't get his ring but got him let another daughter to ignore. Maybe two.

He may take those girls back when they are 18 though like he did to his other daughter.

Look at the younger one, she doesn't look like nessy she doesn't look like nessy, she looks like the mailman and somebody else's as well. The first unselfish act of his life.
