Regarding Morey, too many one dimensional players acquired, a system that doesn't have the right personnel, and chemistry issues for 2 years straight, and too much star chasing. Time to cash him out.

Morey has had a lot of bad luck but his role needs to be at least deemphasized. It's amazing how the Spurs can get exceptionally better as their core stars age while the Rockets decline despite having stars in their prime. At a certain point, no matter genius you are and how many x-factors ruin your plan and formula, you have to produce and Morey hasn't done enough. It's just one of those things where you're not necessarily doing a bad job but it may be time to try something else and give everyone a change of scenery.
