Dirk deserves better than to retire on a 20-win team imho. He wants to join Kobe as the only other player to have a 20yr career on the same team but definitely not as one who ends his career on a lottery team. We have to try every possible method to make our team better, spending every possible penny in our pocket if needed, even though we can't win another championship in Dirk's era.
agreed and dude was the best shooter I have seen since Bird tbh (pre- steph Curry). Ray allen may have had the text book form but when it came to just pure making shots when it mattered ...Dirk was #1 in my book since Larry Legend.
All that being said why does Dirk need to take a bigger cut?!
