DG is the best transition defender I've ever seen tbh. You can knock him for a lot of but his transition D is amazing. There's literally nobody else I would want in that position than Verde.

After a very underwhelming on both sides of the ball series last year against the Clippers, Danny Green has been fantastic so far this postseason.

He has been the third best player in this series/postseason, and may need to be our third/fourth best player going forward to beat GS/Cleveland.

at those wanting to get rid of him

Would like to see the Spurs run him off screens a little more and have him shoot some mid range jumpers going forward. He had a nice wide open mid range shot last night that he knocked down smoothly.
