The OP was interesting to me, but I have no desire to read the unenforceable and largely ignored 2016 Texas GOP platform.

Why don't you read the actual platform yourself? Some of them were blatant inventions and nowhere to be found in the actual do ent.

I did a search on 5-6 bullet points from the summary in the OP and they are all exactly replicated in the source do ent. I don't have time to read 32 pages in full.
