I'm impartial. That first fight of theirs was off tha heezee though
Jones looked timid - if he would have been more aggressive, especially later in the fight, I think he could have won. By round 9 Tarver was visably out of gas - but Jones wouldn't throw punches.

the Corrales-Castillo fight was one of the best I had seen in a long while, those 2 dudes beat the crap outta each other all night, neither would budge, it was great!
Same here, one of the best but I always have to go with the Ward-Gatti fights.
I wacthed the fight at a friends. Jones is done! He looked scared. He was basically trying not to get knocked out. He looked like he was trying to stay away from the action.I was very disapointed in Jones. The judges had an easy night, thats for sure. Tarver with a unanimous (how the do you spell that????
) decision.
Tarver remains the champ. Good for him, I have no problem with that,he is a good fighter.
One thing needs to be said though . . .
Roy Jones Jr. is still one of the BEST fighters EVER in Boxing history. This fight did not tarnish his legendary status what-so-ever. The fighter we've been watching the last 3 fights is merely Roy Jones Jr's s . So nobody should be second guessing Roy, or his long reign in Boxing.
You are abosutely right. He was one of the great ones, but I dont understand why boxers step into the ring when they are not what they used to be. I am not saying this tarnished his career, but why do so many athletes do that?
