White American players will never develop as effectively as their European counterparts, who start playing pro ball in Europe as early as 16.
Black players can mask their fundamental deficiencies with athleticism, but white players brought up in the AAU and NCAA systems (which aren't the greatest climates in which to learn the nuances of the game. The NCAA used to be when it was assumed a recruit would stay 3 to 4 years) obviously can't.

Wiggins reminds me of Jeff Green but Kyrie only became a bad fit when Lue started playing ISO ball which played into the Warriors switches. The only difference between the two is cultural but physically they are the same. Culturally the Euro whites are more passionate about the game and devoted to playing the game of basketball while White Americans after the 90's stopped having the same type of passion and drive for the game and invested their energy in playing Baseball/Football. Today instead of having Dan Majerle you have a random guy by the name of Danilo Marjonovich whose style of play is the same. Which basically means today compe ively the racial balance of the league is the exact same as it was 20 years ago.Um, ya, it makes a huge difference
If there wasn't a significant difference between White Americans vs. International, the former wouldn't have declined from 25% or so to today's 5%(approx)..
The number will continue declining, too..there are still owners that prefer drafting White Americans(Dad Killer, for example) to keep the inventory healthy(as Larry Bird's ugly ass said, the NBA "needs more White American stars"), but the overall number will continue to suffer..
