Uh.....no. Need someone that can play a lick of defense off the bench. He cant

We need another Argentine, tbh.
Which is still an upgrade over Tony at the PG position.
Agreed. Do not want.
I'd hate to call it an upgrade, tbh.
May 2015:
Would be awesome. Is he a FA again? The guy can play and has proven to be a solid rotation player. People are just still (stupidly) upset over all the attention he got in NY or don't take him seriously simply because he eats wontons for breakfast tbh.
I think he's mentally weak and has not shown a decent postseason so far in the few times he's been there. As much as we need a good rotation regular season player, I would love to have a valid playoff performer (ala Jax) on the team. Can we bring back Brent Barry? Lol.
He'd be a dynamic, multi-faceted option off the bench, but I wouldn't trust him as a starter. And he'd be expensive off the bench.
Exactly. Parker ain't going nowhere. He is either the starting PG or the 6th man ball-handler. As long as that is the case, Lin does not fit the Spurs.
Well, I would love Lin off the bench, but it would be too expensive.
Whoever posted this is simply a jeremy lin fanboy.... buahahaha what a bunch of garbage..rather stick with parker if this is the case.gtfoh
I see this guy getting overpaid. Doubt it will be by the Spurs.
I don't care for his defense... however, Spurs are known for picking up players who have torched them.
Always good to have a luck-chuck on the team but unlesss he can get the refs to call a fair game it won't matter against the thunder.
HE'S AZIAN!!! ASIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK AT DRIVING. I SEE A CAREER IN THE FRONT OFFICE AS AN ANALYTICS DUDE AFTER HE RETIRES BECAUSE HE SHOULD ROCK IN MATH.
Bateer was Mongolian, not Chinese. The Chinese don't have those kinds of names.
No one said he was Chinese.
would easily replace parker with him.
Stay away from San Antonio, we don't want you.
No.
No more old, has been retreads...
The fact that we consider Lin as an Option shows us how ed up we are with Tony starting.
That contract will come down as one of the worst contracts of the Spurs Big 3 era.
