Why it got to be the BLACK Angus? I mean, you just gonna let the red Angus run around and eat grass all day, but you gonna kill the mf'ing BLACK Angus and eat him?![]()
I am assuming you meant the certified Angus program. It only requires a majority of Angus influence, and must meet carcass marbling and cut requirements. So not all Certified Angus meat is pure Angus (actually, a good deal of it is actually Brangus, a 5/8 Angus to 3/8 Brahama cross), and not all Angus meat is Certified Angus quality.
But it all tastes good.![]()
