Football tbh, but that doesn't start until September so I will just say summertime keeps me occupied by doing .
Football is easily ahead of the nba in terms of excitement. Unfortunately the league is trying to shadow the nba to please fans by limiting defenses to get scores higher.
NFL and College football are preferable and easily the "fix"

I usually get online and create "I'm really clever" threads under various accounts. I do that all season. It's where I always wanted to be.
