Yeah, in the book it was a silvery one with orange puffs on the front iirc
I can't believe how many books are tied to the Dark Tower series. There are still a couple that I have to read. I just looked it up and Tak from "Desperation" might be related to Pennywise somehow.
I need to read Everything's Eventual. Don't know how I skipped that one.

i read little sisters of eluria but I don't think I have read that collection, sweet.
wtf
There are so many. Talisman was pretty close to The Dark Tower. I liked that one. UR was short but related to it as well.
There's Insomnia, The Eyes of the Dragon, The Regulators, Rose Madder, etc. etc.
so dang many all connected.
I have to go back and forth between King and Koontz. I don't know how many books I have read just between those two. It's insane.
Yesterday's cereal
The sequel to Talisman, Black House, was pretty good.
Holy crap balls. I haven't read that one. I am in the middle of Finders Keepers but I might have to skip the last book in order to read Black House.
That trilogy was really good. I like Peter Straub a lot too, his Blue Rose series is excellent.
I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the heads up.
Shouldn't PW have failed there?
That kid didn't look afraid of him tbh
That was before he had the "face change"...bet he was terrified afterwards. Know I was a kid. Think I slept in my parents room for 2-3 nights after I saw It.
How are they gonna recreate Pennywise, lefty? I don't think it can be done, tbh.
had to get my Mom to let me stay up a lil later to catch the whole movies
Fukunaga bailed on it a while ago, that alone was enough of a reason for anyone to know the movie would be
He sorta does in the books. Watch for Dandelo...
I'd be down for this one. The original really creeped me out as a kid.
You are effin right!!! How did I forget about that?!
Yeah but I thought PW targeted kids with fewr of clowns in the 1st place.
Nowhere to go up with this remake as far as I'm concerned. The original is one of the most godawful pieces of garbage I've ever seen. Literally everything about it besides Curry was horrible. 4 hours of your life you can never get back.
In this era of ty remakes, I'm actually excited about IT because there's absolutely no way it can be worse the original and there's so much potential for a great movie.
That's the thing with most Stephen King movies. His books kick ass but most of the movies aren't that great. It's a shame because there is so much potential. I think, in the end, not enough money is put into them.
Dux? Like put up your dukes?
