This part is what really gets me. Every -up crack on the planet can get pregnant screwing for a fix, but an *average* woman has to go through all of this? And that's for married woman.Further, the "gestational certificate" will only be given
to married couples that successfully complete the same screening
process currently required by law of adoptive parents.
I swear I've been looking for The Onion link, this is so stupid.
