We would literally be Browns/Niners status right now without Rivers. This franchise has a load of problems, but Philbilly isn't one of them.

Did you see 4th Quarter Phil again vs Tampa Bay?
    On 2nd and farking 1.
No need to force any pass what so ever.
Below rookie strategy and execution fail.

Did you see how terrible the O-line was, how McCuck kept wasting our timeouts, and how ano choked again in the second half?

Rivers' picks are almost always a result of him having to force throws because the horrendous team around him is busy choking the game away. Still, we have five more wins with Rivers this year than we'd have with some below-average QB like Struggle Wilson or Scam Newton.

Are you serious? It was 2nd and 1 and Rivers had 4 full seconds to throw the quail for the game ender.
The 3 picks in the 4th qtr alone vs Miami were all on Rivers.

Defensively the Chargers have an NFL best 23 takeaways. Not a ano fan, but the McCuck-Rivers combo is a joke.
Back to the pathetic game ending INT by Rivers, here is how Tampa Bay was able to beat the gritty veteran Rivers

Keith Tandy, Tampa db who made the INT. "They came out with a formation we'd seen on film," Tandy said, "and actually it was a rookie, Vernon Hargreaves III, who said, 'Hey, watch this route,' and they ran the route he called out, so I just made sure I have good eyes, time it where I get in with the receiver and saw the ball come and tried to make a play.''

That says more about how predictable enhunt and McCuck are offensively than it does about Rivers.

In order to really appreciate Dak Prescott ya have to compare his rookie season to all the others, ya don't compare the rookie to a long time vet like Tom Brady, who had an inferior first season as a starter.

    Brady's first 16 game season.

    comp % 62.1, Prescott 67.9
    TD/INT 28-14, Prescott 19-2
    QB rating 85.7, Precott 108.7

    Prescott prior to tonight.

When comparing players ya go with at the same stage of a career.

Brady didn't have Dez, Witten, Zeke, or the most stacked O-line since the '90s Cowboys, dip .

So who did Brady have, let me guess ya don't know, right?

You crack me up little guy, according to you a team has to suck before ya give any credit to any QB, ya know how ing stupid that is? Stupid, you have any idea how many HOF QB's played on stacked teams?

Terry Bradshaw had two HOF receivers, a HOF center, a HOF RB. There were 4 HOFers on that defense, and a HOF coach.

    Bart Starr
    Forrest Gregg
    Jim Ringo
    Jim Taylor
    Paul Hornung
    Willie Davis
    Ray Nitschke
    Willie Wood
    Herb Adderley
    Vince Lombardi

    All in the HOF.

He had Antowain Smith as his bellcow running back, who plummeted back down to earth after a brief return to form in 2001. He had Troy Brown (who was good, but not Dez good) and journeyman David Patten as his key receivers. His offensive line improved, but they really couldn't have done worse than their brutal 2000 and 2001 seasons. Plus, the 2002 Pats' defense couldn't stop a nosebleed. So no, his team wasn't nearly as stacked as Prescott's is.

How long did Brady sit on a bench soaking it all in compared to Prescott who was just thrown out there?
