Russia wants another cold war, and Trump knows that he can make a lot of money by instilling irrational fear into Americans that we need to build our nuclear arsenal and our military might to counter the Russian threat. It's simply collusion. HRC colludes as well, but a lot of hers is through banks and large corporations including foreign governments and businesses.

What she might do is listen to military brass over military contractors and stop forcing weapons, vehicles, and equipment on the armed services that they don't want. None of her proposals call for downsizing the military. Compare and contrast with Trump who wants to close NATO bases.
