I'm pretty sure you can't put websites or 'advertisements' of any sort on signs. It's free advertising, which is one they want to avoid. Otherwise, sponsors could just put a ton of plants in the stadiums - and avoid buying as much commercial time.

Some people sneak past, but cameramen are told not to shoot those signs.
