Wolves/Blazers are going to DEFINITELY make moves to balance out their rosters while the Mavs have no assets.
overratedPERIOD
Wolves/Blazers are going to DEFINITELY make moves to balance out their rosters while the Mavs have no assets.
TWolves, i understand, but the Blazers assets are overpriced dime a dozen wing players, i wonder how they can get it done. Breaking up the back court chucker duo ?
yeah, i know, they look like they're about to win 50 games in a row and then blow that streak in game 2.
Nets wanted Crabbe & Harkless is a moveable piece along w/ Leonard.
I see, well, i guess average talents do get overvalued these days.
wow, what a great win against an elite chicago bulls squad at home!
I hope they do make the playoffs. Carslile is a great coach. I can't think of any other coach that continually makes the playoffs with having to deal with so many new parts every year.
Too bad the Wolves also woke up & are now smelling blood w/ the Jokic injury.
Yeah, Mavs are playing much better and Carlisle is the best coach in the NBA but that awful start prolly kills them. Gonna come down to the Pels/T-Pups who have far superior talent.
Seth Curry looking like a legit rotation player, never expected that, tbh![]()
Holy crap. I thought Yogi looked decent against the Spurs and good Vs the Cavs. Didn't expect this from him, though.
20-30 but only 2.5 games out...todays western conference
Still think the OP was fanboying it at the time; but Dallas is legit.
Carlisle is leagues better than Poop, tbqh. He rings 7 or 8 times min with Tim for 20 years...
I honestly think he would ring this season if he were given the Clippers/Spurs rosters..probably take Golden State to 7 games with the Jazz/Memhpis ones...
making a very late push at the 8th seed. crazy...
It wasn't fanboying at all. This is actually pissing me off, I'd rather see them tank. I just knew the idea of a top 3 pick was too good to be true, this team would find a way to up tanking, and would get the 8 seed and play 4 more games.
How are yall you not tanking, and tanking hard yet? Is this even question anymore after the Boggie trade?![]()
Well yeah it's stupid but he has an obligation to make the Mavs as compe ive as possible as long as Dirk is around. Dirk said he doesn't want to be on the team if they decide to tank. Similar to the Kobe situation. You could say Dirk is being a 'cancer' like Kobe but it's easier to sympathize with a guy who has taken paycuts and never demanded a trade in order to patiently wait for the owner to continually fail to build a contender and then IMMEDIATELY dismantle the team the one time they win the leDirk is doing the same thing Duncan did but Duncan had the luxury of having a Kawhi Leonad step in and take over for the team. Dirk doesn't have that up and coming superstar so he still needs to be out there playing heavy minutes while the team remains a dumpster fire.
This is opposed to Kobe who was just trying to squeeze the franchise dry for as much money as possible leaving them no room to do anything.
On a related note, Jewban pisses me off more and more each passing day and I never really liked him that much to begin with outside of basketball. He's been spewing some Poppovich-esque extra delusional stuff to the media about Trump and then saying there's going to be automation of automation in the next 10 years leaving engineers and coders out of the workforce (the dumbass is forgetting that we're still going to need someone to program these machines) while there will be a new demand for liberal arts and philosophy majors
Soros must be bankrolling him big time these days
