Parker doesn't deserve to be .333 of a grade away from Fathead tbh

    18 & 5 in 22 minutes >>> 4 & 1 in 28 minutes

and 2 of those 4 points came from a great Parker pass
The grades aren't relative to those of other players but to the rest of the performances that player has had and what he can be expected to do. Take it as a compliment that it's harder for Tony to impress than Kyle.

You gonna get in on a grades thread?

I'm impressed with how quick we are with dejounte...especially on the break...and Bertrans definitely needs minutes at the sf spot ahead of kyle...not only is he more athletic, but he is taller and plays good defense...the obvious plus is that he is a sniper, and we need that, especially with a second unit that can overpass at times...we don't need a slow sf that can't/won't shoot

First of all, Chinook has worked his ass off making sure that we have game grades this season.

Second, if you're going to try and put that find of a point on the pencil, you're going to be arguing with every set of grades, every single game. If you've got that much time on your hands, volunteer to do a game or two. Have the stones to put your own evaluation on the line, and let other people take pot shots at you. Personally, I respect the out of people who do a set of game grades and aren't obvious about their own love/hate for certain players.

Parker is the starting PG on what is supposed to be a le contender. Kyle is a 30th draft pick, who is trying to find his way as a role player in the NBA. You can't just go to the stat sheet and compare the two. I thought Kyle had a damn good game - for Kyle. , I'd have given him an A- for that performance. 8 boards, a steal and a block. No turnovers, and 50% on his 2P attempts? Gimme some of that on a regular basis.

One may also argue that a starter with +6 impact on the game should grade out better than another starter with a -8 impact on the game.

Anyway, great job on the grades. No disagreements from me.
