You missed the middle transitional picture.

lakerfans thinking they were gonna turn around and reload while fleecing some team out of their best player for peanuts ....looking like at least 3 more years of missing the playoffs lmao
You missed the middle transitional picture.

10 is nothing moving forward. That'll be middlevel exception money.
D'Bust
Pushes Greg Monroe. Then realizes he wants absolutely no part of Greg Monroe.
a -push in the back, then retreats 5 steps, only to "step up" after he realizes Monroe didn't even feel his pussy ass shove

If he woulda stepped to Monroe, it woulda been at least a two-piece but Kermit Washington style

i hear that one before.. all those contracts made this summer, are making their owners cross.
I think we will keep Druss
40 against the defending champs shows he can play.
He is not a real PG though ... combo guard that needs a real, athletic PG to help him where he struggles.
pretty good game
You cannot develop him. He's where he will be skill-wise for the next 5 years unless he gets a real shooting coach and some athletic trainers not named Gary Vitti.
This time next year will there be a thread like this for Ingram?
Gave up 46 on the other end.
He's a decent player and maybe a fringe all-star in the right environment, but the Lakers are going to get some more welfare lottery this season, probably yet another top 3 pick, meaning their youth movement is going to be congested to all . Russell, Clarkson, Ingram, Randle, (top pick). This is definitely a good thing if the Lakers are willing to trade, but a cluster if not. Who are the role players on this unit? Who are the top 3? Not knowing such just makes player and system development a more difficult task. I like moving D'Bust because PGs are at a premium and if Ingram, Randle, Clarkson, Top 3 pick develop faster and/or prove to be more valuable, D'Bust will never accept being a role-player.
Your little comment under your name says "pressure makes diamonds" but you laugh when I say the right pressure could make a diamond?
if we could get value i would trade him ...
And no he didnt give up 46 same as he didnt drop 41 on Kyrie
They werent always matched up on each other ...
I really dont care if he is an all star...if he stays he needs to improve so at the very least his trade value increases. Again Lakers need BPA
What the ? Lakers were playing him as a PG? WTF were they doing, of course he was gonna be a crappy PG. He's clearly a SG like a Kobe. Play Clarkson at PG and Russell at SG, with Randle at PF, Ingram at SF and Mozgov at C and you have a team. Metta off the bench.
Reminder that Brandon Jennings had a 55 point game as a rookie
Last night doesnt mean he is a star just the he can score and pass a little bit. Surprisingly he is the youngest Laker to score 40 would think that would be Kobe or Magic ...
lakers used to play to win, so not that surprising.
Give up on him being a star or franchise player? Yes.
Give up on him becoming a mediocre player at best? No

Never thought he was a franchise player in fact mid is right, best case is fringe all star and with all the good guards in the NBA that is doubtful ...but i dont think he is a bust just mildly disappointing.
I think Randle may be the "bust" ...not that he is that bad but i think Russell and especially Ingram have upside still ...randle really has to show an improved jumper and a off hand for me to change my mind.

Fultz or Ball + Russ/Ingram. The rest can GTFO tbh.
