lol no... there are roughly 1.26 billion muslims in the world, most of them are arab/north african, but yes there are quite a handful black muslims in Sub-Saharan Africa (but Christians outnumber them in sub saharan Africa by far) and you've got your large sector of Southeast Asians, mostly Malaysians and Indonesians that are Islamic.
