I don't even know what that means that we compromised his game? He clearly is not good enough to be the man on a championship team. Nobody who is that soft honestly thinks they are the man at that level. He knows he is not up there with the best of the best in the league. So you'll be the second option and what could be a championship team. I don't even know what the his problem is? Is putting up your measly 23 a game that important to you?

People forget Aldridge did put up some big numbers V OKC last year in the postseason ave 26.8 pts and 8.5 reb.
    Included two 40 point outings.
This year however left a lot to be desired.
Aldridge forgets also. That's the guy who the Spurs thought they were getting. He did that against the Rockets in the playoffs.

    Cavs have Lebron, Irving, Love....
    Wolves have Towns, Butler, Wiggins....
Sixers have Embiid, Fultz, Simmons, Saric....

All these cores with potential, meanwhile...

Buford going into next year surrounding Kawhi Leonard with Jaron Blossomgame, Derrick White, Kyle Anderson, Bryn Forbes, Adam Hanga, Danny Green, Davis Bertans, post-quad tendon Parker, and Dejounte Murray

Perhaps it's hard to get motivated when you're set for life many times over. Most of us will never know that feeling.

Not to make excuses, just thinking about the odd mental landscape that is inhabited by these multi-millionaires. Where does the compe ive fire/pride come from?
underrated post. I would not be shocked if most pro athletes don't even care half as much as the fans do

I wouldn't. You boo when someone awesome leaves, like Cleveland with LeBron or OKC with Durant. Spurs fans should just treat Aldridge's return with indifference. He never did here, nothing really lost with him going elsewhere.
LMA is a pussy. As a man, I'd cheer the out of him.

Because if you want to get what you want out of a pussy, you do what you've got to do. Cheer the man, make him feel good - build that trade value - then kick him to the curb.

Fans were booing him when he was doing nothing vs GSW so Im not pretty sure of what is going to happen but fans had bigger expectations than RJ 2.0 so let´s see.

Which is why Manu's compe ive fire is always a welcome sight despite his post-prime shortcomings... it's something you can't teach... it's contagious...
