Does Klay block shots with his head?
Higher shoulders means higher standing reach.

I kinda like this guy... Older an has been in an impressive league... so he's very mature. Shoot his ass off, an plays defense. I low key like this.

Watched Paul a ton at Illinois. He is an NBA athlete and when locked in I have no doubt he can be a rotational player. The problem is consistency, particularly with his outside shooting.

Or rebound? Or contest shots? Or go for deflections and steals?

Woj says Paul's deal is guaranteed. He's not going to be in Austin more than a handful of games if at all.

I don't think the Spurs made this move intending to re-sign Simmons. I think they have replaced him, but they may keep him around if he's cheap enough. As it is, he can no longer dive on the QO if nothing better comes along.

Paul got way to 3-point crazy his senior year, averaging 6 attempts a game. He only shot 32 percent, but improved a lot from 2.

You're the cap guru...what's left to offer him and Pau?

I agree he could be already replaced cause I think White, Paul are more SG's..can't forget Forbes too

I don't know how much tenure Paul has in the NBA. This shouldn't really move the needle, though. They should have enough left for them to be signed to decent deals. If Jon walks, they can give Pau a deal like he opted out of

But Klay Thompson is 2-3" taller
So? You don't grab rebounds with the top of your head.

Yeah, you should have talked about that instead of height, tbh.

If Paul has a "2 advantage in terms of wingspan and Thompson has a "2 in terms of height, it means they are about the same in standing reach, which means that this Paul guy presents decent size for a SG.

    What's Klay's standing reach?
