Householder should automatically look out at peephole. 100%
Cop knee jerked. True but he was black so a natural fearfulness of dogs is to be expected 20%
Ok panel, i'm gonna ask you to assign a % number to the accountability.
Just based on the info we have.
I'm still at 50 / 50

I'd say that any costume that had the potential for violence. And really, how does the cop even know that it's a child in the costume? If I was a midget and wanted to get the drop on a cop, I'd dress up like a princess.
So...in light of that, anything small and rushing out the door is fair game. Especially if they're in a costume.
That makes perfect sense tbh.
There you go Fabbs, issue resolved.
They could have been watching The Godfather scene and gotten an idea. Like where Vincent and mommy dressed up for the parade and got on a horse to surprise attack Joey Zaza.
Yep. The Florida cop might have thought he was being ambushed Godfather style.
The only good dog is a dead dog.
So you are assigning
100% householder
0% cop?
You're not even taking consideration that the homeowners might have hated the dog and let it out on purpose. So the dog gets shot and they can sue over it.
Good point.
The householder may like BBC or small bc and be having an affair with the cop.
They may have schemed to get money in a lawsuit vs the city. This is Florida after all.
He sure got the gun out early. Like he knew what was about to come down.
They didn't know it was a cop at the door
That might be exactly what they want you to think tbh
Bingo.
They do look like dog sacrificing masterminds tbh
Or
notice how long the dog wags his tail after being shot.
Did they use some Hollywood type fake blood and the dog is in on all this?
That's ridiculous.
And the cop
