People forget. When the Spurs won the le in 2003, they only carried 13 on that team. They signed a couple of ten day contracts- including Devin- when Speedy got hurt.

I remember that.

But the Spurs bench is relatively old this season and it would be nice to carry one young guy on the inactive list to groom for the future.
