I can't go to Corpus without a trip to Snoopy's. Take SPID to the JFK Causeway, it's the first right after you cross the bridge.
And if you go to Port A, I highly recommend Trout Street Bar and Grille.
I go to Corpus Christi every year in the sumemr because I was born there. We stay at the Holiday Inn on Emerald Beach, good hotel and fun games there. Karaoke and stuff on Friday night.

The best Mexican Food place is Kiko's on Everhart Rd. Snoopy's is great for seafood, like AlamoSpursFan said. I always like Executive Surf Club for live music and good food. If you want dirty strippers and cheap beer, check out Club Cheetah II on Leopard.

That's the second recommendation I'm getting for that place today. Do I give off the 'looking for a stripper' vibe?

Moondog's is over by the harbor on the same street as Hu Dat's (Dat Ngyun (sp?) from the Cowboys families restaurant). I don't know the side street name, but it is across the beach road from the Boiling Pot.
Hemingway's doesn't have a strict dress code, it is fairly casual. I eat there in nice jeans and collared shirt.
Don't know of any "4 star" type places in Rockport, it's pretty much all laid back there.
I thought you couldn't get Cuban Cigars in the US?
Seafood-
Blackbeards.
