Evidence that proved the claim? Anything that could be acceptable in a court of law, legally valid evidence that this occurred. Basically nothing cir stantial.
what does that mean
once again the sanctimonious U.S. accusing another nation of doing what we do as much, and often more, than other countries. the line of countries that would line up with the chance to indict the U.S. governments and corporations for such invasions would go on for miles. in the meantime, the fact that foreign money does more to influence our elections goes undeterred.

Agree with your last statement as well. I am american and have lots of assets in US. If I could pick between US and Russia Id pick US. But it does not work that way, the nukes will go both ways and will mean the end of all of us.

The first concerned the run-up to the 2012 French presidential election, when the DGSE found malware on computers at the presidential residence, the Elysée Palace.
Two years previously, that same malware had been used in an attack on the European Commission, he told them.
By 2012, the DGSE had the means at its disposal to identify the origin of the new attack, Barbier said. He concluded that it could only have been the U.S., and using a technique that, thanks to Edward Snowden, we now know as Quantum Insert.
