This won’t work. Warriors were already vulnerable last year bigtime. They won’t 3-peat and will be broken up next summer. This move helps to further move that along. Players will be looking for max deals, Steph will be 31, egos will be exposed, and they had their nice 2 year fad as a superteam (and 1 fluky additional one in 2015). This is actually a terrible move by the Warriors.

Draymond is taking credit for them landing Durant with his last paycut and has said he won’t be taking another and looking to cash in. Cousins will be looking to cash in next Summer. They were down 17/15 points to a choking Rockets team with an inept coach minus CP3 in games 6/7.
