Well Marvel Studios is seriously considering a Captain Britain movie - I'm not kidding, look it up.What part of that do you not understand? This is a DC movie thread.
No, the character is flat out dumb. There is no way to do him right in his own movie. A dumb quasi-villain in a Fantastic Four movie maybe, but even that will never happen.
So a Namor movie wouldn't be impossible

Don't care. Cavill was fine as Superman, but the movies themselves have sucked. And it seems that WB is giving up on any kind of cohesive DC film universe anyway. Marvel has just curbstomped them in every regard.
I am looking forward to Cavill playing Geralt though.
Just erase everything. Give it a couple of years and start over from scratch.
