and the oligarchy/Repug strategy is to pervert, weaponize the Cons ution as is, so they'll NEVER approve changes.

thats attributed to a few things. the fact that senate seats are considered already skews the electoral college in favor of some states, essentially disenfranchising voters of other states. and the "winner take all" system, whereby if you win a state 51%-49%, you get 100% of the electoral votes. that's a huge problem.

essentially makes it so that your vote only counts if you're in a swing state.
