Brett wasn't a SCOTUS justice when the nomination took place.
It would be phenomenal to watch you go into depth defining what the deepstate is
Brett wasn't a SCOTUS justice when the nomination took place.
Bend over, I'll show you phenomenal and in depth.
I think its anyone who has been govt more than 10 minutes and doesnt suck Trumps iirc
“The 9th Circuit is really something we have to take a look at because it’s not fair." - Trump
BTW, isn't John Roberts a Bush appointee?
Bush family was worse than Obama.
Bush is deepstate too tbh. as a matter of fact his state runs so deep it put her butt to sleep iirc
But Obama judges, bro
I wonder how it is to live with such severe mental illness.
Deepstate=anyone in govt who doesnt think the MAGA movement is the sharpest sets of ideas ever basically
Ask a Liberal.
You're the only one here crying about deep state and calling actual conservative judges liberals appointed by Obama.![]()
Oh my god
Literally "I know you are but what am I"

Bill "pincer move" Mitchel has given his take. Chris's night is now complete.
Ben Shapiro! Total non-partisan observer!
wow, Ben Shapiro agrees... case closed.![]()
Agreed.
Which is why I think it will be even better if Trump keeps up the good fight against this partisan hacky judge. We're behind you 100% Trump.![]()
And Roberts didn't say judges don't have political bias. He said there's no such thing as "Obama judges" or "Trump judges", ie: judges subservient to specific presidents.
Blaming the judges also distracts from the real issue here, which is whether the directives are cons utional or not. There's obviously more steps to go through to determine that, that's why the whining is unwarranted.
Shapiro was anti-Trump before and after the election, but he is coming around.
this meme of the 9th circuit being bad because a high% of their reviewed cases are overturned is such bs hysteria tbh
http://www.scotusblog.com/wp-content...s_20180629.pdf
plus the rationale there is almost entirely political. of the 14 ninth circuit cases reviewed, alito/thomas/roberts/kennedy voted to overturn 13 of them, whereas ginsberg/breyer/sotomayor voted to overturn only 6 of them. the statistics are function of having a conservative majority on SCOTUS, not because of inep ude or incompetency of the 9th circuit judges
